Philanthropy
Alfonso de Angoitia is the president of the Junta de Fideicomisarios de la Fundación Kardias, a Mexican non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of care for children with congenital cardiac defects. Angoitia also serves on the boards of the Mexican Health Fund and UNAM, as well as the Paley Center for Media’s Board of Directors.

Alfonso de Angoitia Noriega (Mexico City, Mexico, 1962) is a Mexican businessman, who since 2018 has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Televisa.
Alfonso de Angoitia is Co-Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee of Grupo Televisa, a large telecommunications corporation that owns and operates one of the largest cable companies and a leading satellite pay-TV system in Mexico. Televisa has been listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange since 1991 and on the New York Stock Exchange since 1993.
